According to the research, the danger of heart diseases is in those who have deficiency of Vitamin D and sun is the best source of Vitamin D.

It was said in the research that deficiency of Vitamin D increases the chance of heart attack to 20% and it also effects the arteries which transfer blood to heart.

Due to the deficiency of Vitamin D, arteries become rigid and danger of heart attack arises. However, radiations of sun or food full of Vitamin D help in protecting anyone from heart attack.
