The Living Tribunal: Possesses absolute control over the whole Marvel multiverse. Possesses unlimited power as it is said to have control over 16 dimensions and transcends multiversal scale by 11 degrees of infinity. Also defeated Thanos (the one wielding The infinity gauntlet and is powerful than the whole marvel universe combined). Its 3 faces represent Equity, Vengeance and Necessity. Although, Ironman and Watcher found something similar to the corpse of this immensely powerful being, no one knows, who or what killed it

Beyonder: As told by Xavier, Beyonder was an unhuman as well as a mutant and exposure to Terrigen Mists was the reason behind his infinite powers. It is truly immortal as he was able to destroy Death and then also recreate it although this weakened him but even then he was unbeatable. His battle with Molecule man was fought at a level of 3 spatial dimensions and almost caused a multiversal scale destruction. When compared with him, Galactus is nothing more than a fly.

Celestials: These are actually group of beings who have been existing almost since the birth of universe. Their peaceful existence was challenged by Aspirants which almost wiped off billions of Celestials by making a hyper weapon which was about 25000 feet tall robot. Ultimately, Celestials won the war. Teleport anywhere in the entire universe anytime. Continuously keep an eye not only on earth but also billion other inhabited planets. Also, they judge for each civilization to live or perish. The head of one of the dead celestials is shown in the recently released movie, Guardians of the Galaxy.

Galactus: Entity which dwells on life force and energy from other planets. Also, this being existed in the pre-bigbang universe as an explorer and after that it emerged as the planet eating monster which always needs a planet and all its life forms for its existence. And just to find new worlds for feeding himself, he gave immense powers to Silver Surfer and is still in the best league of Super-Villains with respect to the intensity of his powers and unlimited abilities. He can use the Power Cosmic to produce nearly any effect he desires, including size alteration, the transmutation of matter, the teleportation of objects across space, the creation of force fields and, telepathy, inter-dimensional portals, the creation of life, cosmic awareness, telekinesis, manipulating souls, memories and emotions, recreating dead worlds in every detail (including utterly convincing illusions of their entire populations) and energy projection.
