2014 has been an year of success for MIT scientists regarding providing Wireless Charging Facility. Previously with the charging pads, you have to remember to take your phone out of your pocket and place it on the pad, positioned in exactly the right way so here stepins the Technology to provide us with ease ,allowing greater flexibility and user friendly features. A device works almost like good old-fashioned radio communications, where Wi-Fi routers pick up on a computer connecting with them and then increase the signal right back. But instead of using radio waves, the Mag MIMO uses magnetic fields.
Developed by electronics company Energous, the WattUp Technology , a wireless charging “router” that connects to your devices via Bluetooth .Distance from router affects its speed but main objective of this device was not the speed as the devices won't run down of battery first place when in vicinity .It also provide feature of setting whether charge the devices when nearby or start giving electric power after certain low limit of charging.

WattUp is able to deliver an impressive 4 Watts to up to four devices when they're within a 1.5-metre range. You can move as far as 4.5 metres away from the device, but it drops down to delivering just 1 Watt.
Energous says that these will be on the market by the end of 2015 and apparently won’t be more expensive than any other battery packs, The transmitter box itself will apparently cost around $300, which, given the price of individual chargers these days, isn't actually too bad.And to be honest, We can't Wait :p
