Dhaka: The famous player of Pakistani Cricket Team "Shahid Afridi" has completed his 500 wickets in International Cricket.
Afridi named this record in the match against Australia in T20 World Cup by taking two wickets.
The right hand leg spinner has taken 378 wickets in ODIs, 48 wickets in Test matches and 75 wickets in T20s. In this way, he has completed his 5th century of wickets.
Shahid Afridi is the 4th Pakistani who has achieved this milestone. Before him, Imran Khan, Wasim Akram and Waqar Younas have taken more than 500 wickets.
He was introduced as a leg spinner in the team but he showed his first impression as a cruel batsman. He made the fastest century in his first innings against Sri Lanka on just 37 balls but now it is the 2nd fastest century.
Shahid Afridi also holds the record of most sixes in one day cricket. He is the first batsman to hit 400 sixes in International Cricket.
