Mango Ice cream

Despite of its scorching heat  I waited for Summer because of Mango ….a delicious fruit ,King of fruits .

Lemme tell you the recipe of a heavenly dessert  i.e sweetened  and aromatic  mango fruit ice cream.

Ingredients:

half kg Mango pulp  

 half tin  Condensed Milk

one packet Cream

one Cup Milk Powder

One Cup  Icing Sugar

One cup Milk

Method:

Pour One cup Milk and Icing Sugar in to a pan cook it until it get mixed properly .

Blend Mango pulp, Condensed milk, cream  and Milk powder.

Mix this blended mixture with sugar and  Milk .

Pour this mixture into a container

 Cover and freeze till it is firm. Scoop and serve.
