Ingredients:
Chicken Breast - 2 pieces
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon (grounded)
Red pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger, garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Orange Juice - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 1 tablespoon (malted)
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Method:
Wash chicken and drain. In a bowl, mix salt, grounded black pepper, red pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, vinegar, orange juice and butter.
Mix this paste with chicken and leave for 2 hours for marination. Pre-heat a grill pan, pour oil in pan and place chicken breast on grill.
When one side is tendered, turn the side and cook until tendered and light brown.
Serve with mayo garlic sauce.
